Piadacooking, the cooking plane for cooking Piadina bread, is the winner of the 2nd prize in the category “Equipment cooking / washing” , third edition of the Innovation Award of the year 2015, promoted by the Bargiornale magazines , Restaurants Imprese del Gusto, Pianetahotel, Ristorazione collettiva – New Business Media Gruppo Tecniche Nuove – to enhance the products and most innovative entrepreneurs in the “fuori casa”.
This important award, we got another 2nd Prize with the fry top Flash Grill in 2013, makes us proud and it confirms the path of investment on research undertaken by our company.
